Bathroom remodeled and new exterior paint 2024. <br /><br />The pool is gorgeous: limited to summer use.<br />Accommodates 4. Owner prefers a smaller group of nicotine free individuals. If you use cannabis, you need to eat it, not smoke it.<br /><br />NO MUSIC FESTIVAL GUESTS!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The pool has limited hours, from 3 to 7 on weekdays, and is now closed until memorial day.<br /><br />The laundry technically serves 4 units but I don't think any one else uses the washer. One person uses the dryer.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Each building is a 4plex with one common laundry to four units. All of our 4 plex is owner occupied (except this one). We will stay between guests, and price may be negotiated, if whole house vs shared house is negotiated. You'll have access to the Pool with limited hours during the summer until labor day.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The floor plan is the largest. Common wall with neighbors is the hallway and social area. We hear almost zero noise from one and none from the other. <br /><br />Monday days are noisy. The garbage is picked up and landscaping happens.
