Two miles north of prestigious and very expensive Wilea, our condo at Kihei Kai Nani provides you and your family an ideal location for affordable accommodations on Maui, while enjoying the best beaches, golfing, snorkeling, dining and shopping on the island.<br /><br />This is unit 153 in Building 7 in the Kihei Kai Nani Complex. The lanai faces the North/West side of the island and has a garden view. The condo provides split system Air Conditioning (with two registers - one in the living area and one in the bedroom), high speed wireless internet, TV, VCR, DVD, lanai with garden views, fully equipped kitchen, Queen sized bed and a pac-n-play Grayco play pen and a combination washer/dryer. Towels, kitchen utensils, silverware, plates, pots / pans, beach equipment, etc, are all provided enabling you to save money by preparing your own meals. Further, due to its central location and proximity to various restaurants, shops and a bus route directly in front of the complex, some guests choose to stay in this complex and avoid the expense of renting a car during their stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The unit does not have a sofa bed.
