Picky about cleaning? Me too. I refresh with all new mattresses every 7 years. Linen and pillows every year. Tommy Bahama's Quilts every two years. Deep cleanings are done every year! It's my home not just a rental. The unit is designed to sleep 6 guests comfortably. Number of guests permitted is 6 Total including babies and infants.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />A Parking/registration form must be filled out to park in lot. Please fill out form with the online link QR code provided .
