It includes a queen-size Murphy bed that folds up to create extra space in this studio setup. We provide more than just the basics for cooking your own meals.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Private apartment that only the guest accesses. Except for emergencies, should the host need to get into the apartment during your stay, the guest will be contacted prior to entry.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Construction Notice: The building's exterior concrete repair and painting project is in its final phase and nearly complete. Please note that guests may experience daytime noise Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additionally, the pool will remain closed until all construction is finished. Lanai access is fully restored. We appreciate your patience as we wrap up these necessary building maintenance updates.<br /><br />The Murphy bed can be heavy for some smaller people to lift up and bring down. Should you require us to leave it in the down position before your arrival, please advise us.
