We apologize for any inconvenience the ongoing construction is causing.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Stay in our condo unit in Pats at Punaluu that’s tastefully furnished with modern interior design with AC, Ocean views and a balcony!<br />Our unit sleeps 6 guests comfortably; it has 1 queen bed, 1 futon and 1 air mattress. <br /><br />**Please note that we only have a small AC in the living room. NO AC in the bedroom**<br /><br />With wifi, cable tv, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and free parking for your convenience. We would provide sand toys that you can enjoy too!<br />The building features an outdoor pool, workout room, and a BBQ area!<br /><br />Watch the sunrise & enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. Swim with turtles & tropical fish in the reef-protected ocean, monk seals & variety of tropical fish are waiting to be seen as you snorkel right out in front and watch whales in the winter! Enjoy the trade winds year-round.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The property is located at historic Pats at Punalu'u, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717 which is a legal rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).<br /><br />Guests may park 1 car in dedicated carport space assigned to the unit as BHL and additional cars outside of the gate on the street.<br />Temporarily: *The entire parking lot is blocked off by fences, and there are very few parking spots; parking attendant may direct you to either the side of the road, or down the street by the beach & walk down.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking Pass Security Deposit<br /><br />We require a $100 security deposit for the parking pass. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay, provided you leave the pass inside the unit when you check out. Your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours once we confirm the pass is in the room. We highly recommend taking a photo of the pass where you leave it and sending it to us for reference.<br /><br />Please note that the upper units will be provided with a key fob for elevator use. Kindly make sure to return them in our lockbox when leaving the property, or after your stay.<br /><br />Property Policies & Amenities<br /><br />Pest Control: A professional pest control company services the condominium quarterly per association rules, and technicians may need access during your stay. Please note that Hawaii has a tropical climate. Occasional flies, geckos, and bugs are common, and it is impossible to eliminate them completely.<br /><br />House Rules: Please review the "House Rules" section below for detailed information on our extended policies.Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.<br /><br />BBQ Grills: Two shared charcoal grills are available in the common area on a first-come, first-served basis. They are open for use from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please bring your own charcoal.<br /><br />Beach Gear: We do not provide beach blankets.<br /><br />Pool Hours: Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM<br />Weekends & Holidays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM<br /><br />Important Notice: <br />A reminder that we only have a small AC in the living room and NO AC in the bedroom.
