The dining room has a dining table + 4 chairs and a bookshelf with books that you can read while you're there. The living room has 2 futon chairs.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The house is a 20-minute walk from Ashby-Bart station and a 2-mile walk to U.C. Berkeley. It's surrounded by Berkeley's favorite coffee shops and stores. There is a paid parking in front of house (2 HR limit from 9AM-6PM), free during off hours. You can park for free on nearby side streets (just a few yards from the house) for 72-hour limit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The front of the house is room that is currently a retail space with its own full bathroom that is currently rented out to Macha coffee shop. The spacious 2-BR, 1-BA is behind this front room. The 2 spaces are separated by locked doors. <br /> The separate entrance for the Airbnb is through the driveway gate to the back door. When you book, if there are more than 4 people and you would like to use the additional bathroom in the retail space, let me know so I can ask the Macha shop to let you use the bathroom as needed.
