At the pool area, there is a pool, hot tub, saunas and 5 gas BBQ grills. There is a putting green, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts. Luana Kai is located in Kihei. It is a 15 minute walk, a 1/2 mile from the closest grocery, restaurants and shopping. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We do not provide personal toiletries.........We do not have shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, deodorant, bars of soap or dryer sheets.<br /><br />We are very happy to have you visit us at Luana Kai. Please know we have worked hard to make things perfect for your stay. That said, sometimes Mother Nature has other thoughts. We are in the tropics. That means various bugs can thrive in the warm weather. The entire property is sprayed quarterly for pest control. You might possibly still see a "bug". That is not the norm but sometimes various weather factors can affect that.<br /><br />We can experience dirt and dust if the weather is dryer, especially if our winds are blowing. We are not responsible for roadwork by the county, broken pipes or water or electric outages. Just like at home, things can happen that were not anticipated.
