For nature enthusiasts, there are plenty of hiking trails nearby, allowing you to explore the enchanting Clarendon Heights and Eureka Valley.<br /><br />Parking Made Easy <br />Worried about parking? Worry no more! There is street parking right behind the property on Corbett Avenue or along Clayton Street. Pay attention to weekly street cleaning restrictions. <br />Note: THERE IS NO GARAGE PARKING AVAILABLE FOR THIS BOOKING.<br /><br />Flexible Sleeping Arrangements for your Group<br />The studio comes equipped with a cozy queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep. If you're traveling with friends or family, we've got you covered with an additional queen-size sofa bed and a single-size sofa bed, making it ideal for a couple, a couple with one to two children, or a group of friends of up to 5 people. <br /><br />At our San Francisco studio, we understand that every guest's needs are unique. That's why we offer flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate 2, 3, 4, and 5 people comfortably.<br /><br />See It for Yourself<br />Our Airbnb listing features a series of pictures showcasing the various sleeping setups available, so you can choose the one that suits your group size and preferences best. Be sure to check out the pictures to get a sense of the layout and available space (270 square feet or 25 square meter).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Your Space, Your Privacy<br />Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. The studio is independent from the main house above where your hosts reside, so you can relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind. You'll have your own separate entrance from the ground level on Clayton St., a convenient kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Unfortunately, this is not wheelchair accessible.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a comfortable studio for you to enjoy and relax. We do not allow parties and hosting more guests than agreed upon. Please do not party, violators will be charged at least $5000 and reported to AirBnB.<br /><br />Additional rules<br />We do not allow smoking of ANY kind anywhere inside or outside our unit (this includes vaping). If you smoke on the property, inside or outside, you might lose the deposit. <br /><br />We don't allow any parties (see below) and the space is for renters, not for entertaining.<br /><br />Objects in the house belong to the house. <br /><br />We would like our guests to behave in a mature, quiet, and considerate manner. We live here above and so do our beloved and kind neighbors. We are liked and respected by everyone who lives nearby and we want to keep it that way :) . No parties, no loud music, no drugs, only responsible drinking, no non-sense of any kind; and quiet time starts at 11 pm. <br /><br />This should go without saying, but we do not allow any kind of firearms, fireworks, explosives, or dangerous substances on our property at any time, for any reason. <br /><br />No open flames are allowed in the unit.<br /><br />Please do not put anything else in the toilet aside from toilet paper.
