The bocce court, basketball, and ping pong keep things lively. Then there's the Tequila Bar: a vintage camper, restored by hand, next to the rose garden and bocce court. It's the detail nobody tells you about until it becomes your favorite part.<br /><br />Inside, open-beam ceilings, walls of windows, and French doors opening to the garden give the main house a warmth that photos don't fully capture. The gourmet kitchen opens to the great room. The dining table seats twelve, with additional seating at the island.<br /><br />The main house has four bedrooms and four and a half baths. The pool house is fully independent with its own kitchen, living area, fifth bedroom, and full bath, ideal for multi-family gatherings or guests who want their own retreat within the retreat.<br /><br />All five bedrooms have king beds, private ensuite baths, open to the outdoors and a flat screen TV.
