Our condo has all the amenities you need (AC, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable king, queen, full, and twin beds) You will be able to enjoy two heated swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and charcoal BBQ. The beach can be accessed by an easy 5-10 minute walk. <br />We are located on an upstairs unit with a lanai.<br /><br />-This is an upstairs unit. There will be two sets of stairs. One to get to the front door and then one inside the unit to access the 2nd bedroom and loft. <br />-We have 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. <br />-The main bedroom has a Cal king size bed with an AC unit. <br />-The full size bathroom has a bathtub shower. <br />-The living area has central AC, a couch that folds out to a full size bed, and a flat screen TV with cable and unlimited high speed Wifi. <br />-The upstairs loft has two twin beds and a half bathroom. <br />-The upstairs room has a queen size bed with an AC unit. <br />-The kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. <br />-The outdoor lanai is private with a table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing morning with coffee or an evening cocktail to finish the day.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our unit is located at Kuilima Estates East and is a short 5-10 minute walk to multiple beaches and Turtle Bay Resort. Explore endless walking trails, private beaches, restaurants and the world famous Palmer Golf course. The unit comes with one designated parking stall. <br /><br />The condo association has access to 2 private swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a charcoal BBQ pit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Guests WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE if more than the allowed number of guests show up to stay unless you have asked prior and it has been approved by the host. <br /><br />There is a ring camera located outside the front door of this property. <br /><br />There will be additional fees if an excess of sand and trash is left in the condo. <br /><br />There will be additional fees incurred for damage, loss of keys and parking pass.<br /><br />By booking our condo all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and actions and fully release owners, managers, cleaners and any affiliates from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained due to Covid-19 or any other incident.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />570010270079, 80, TA-166-123-3664-01
