The property is in a gated community with roaming security guards, 24-7. It is a 5-l0 minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort with access to a beautiful sandy beach.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />At the Kuilima Estates, there are 2 communal pools (use fob to enter; lost fob is a $75 fee) and 2 communal tennis courts. Walking paths throughout Kuilima Estates are perfect for a peaceful morning walk.
