You can swim, snorkel, surf, golf, and enjoy amazing food trucks nearby. <br />Condo is few footsteps from pool area equipped with bbq, outdoor shower, and lounging. 10 minute walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort where you can enjoy beaches, restaurants, and take in beautiful sunsets.<br />This is a legal short-term rental. <br /><br />Ask me about my other properties for larger parties.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. 1 Queen size pull out Murphy bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom has a king size bed. AC in both the living room and bedroom.<br /><br />There are 2 private patio areas to lounge in the front and back of unit. <br /><br />Space for hanging or storing clothes is available.<br /><br />Washer and dryer inside unit is available to use anytime with provided laundry detergent. <br /><br />Please note that we live on an island so the occasional gecko, insects, ants, etc. may be visible in unit.<br /><br />Beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach towels are all provided.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Tennis courts and pool access nearby. Beach is about 10 minute walk away. You have one dedicated parking spot in front of Unit.<br />Turtle bay beaches and restaurants are available for general public use. <br />Turtle Bay Resort pools are not accessible for those staying in Condos.
