It also has the privacy of a full acre.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />*Recommended max occupancy is 6 adults and 4 kids. Possible max occupancy of 8 adults, 2 of whom are on the lower bunks, and 2 kids in upper bunks. No adults can sleep on upper bunks.*<br /><br />The home is NEWLY refreshed and furnished with a new custom sectional, RH coffee table, Pottery Barn beds, organic mattresses, and two sets of bunk beds, one of which has a slide!<br />Kitchen is fully outfitted with new dishes, silverware and cooking essentials. <br /><br />The ground floor includes a double height living room, powder room off the double height foyer, dining room that seats eight, and kitchen. The kitchen has room for three to dine at the island and two to sit at a bistro table. The new washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. The wrap around deck spans the back of the home and can be accessed by sliding doors off the living room and also via the primary bedroom. <br /><br />The primary bedroom is also located on the first floor and includes a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. It also has a private exit to the wrap around deck, as noted above. <br /><br />Two queen bedrooms are located upstairs. There are also two bathrooms upstairs, one of which has a shower/tub combo and the other has a shower. <br /><br />Please note that the fourth bedroom, which includes two sets of bunk beds+slide, is accessed through the third bedroom, which is furnished with a queen mattress. The fourth bedroom is considered "low height" and best suited to children. The bunkbeds are "low height bunk beds" so the lower bunk rests close to the floor and is perfect for young kids. The upper bunks are weight restricted and can ONLY be occupied by children.<br /><br />The property also includes a lovely front porch, long driveway with unobstructed parking for three cars. More parking is available if cars park up the driveway. It also has a sizable backyard with grass and corn hole for the summer months.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You'll have access to the entire home except for locked owner's closets and the garage.
