Primary Bedroom suite which includes a walk-in closet area, private bathroom, and Queen Bed has a lanai that is enclosed and faces sunset overlooking the Kanaloa grounds. The Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds (note the pictures show a Queen Bed which has been replaced) which can be converted into a King and a shared bathroom. Full Kitchen including a Dishwasher. Full size front load washer and dryer. In this closet area we have plenty of beach towels and there is a both a soft and a hard cooler. Cathedral ceilings in Living Room and Dining Room area with a large, screened lanai with mini fridge. There is an expansive view of the Kona Country Club golf course Fairway. Off of the dining room are stairs to a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds. The condo has central air with ceiling fans cool the unit down.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will be able to enjoy the broader Kanaloa at Kona resort including 3 pools - oceanfront pool, a large family pool, and a quiet pool. All pools include showers, changing rooms, and jacuzzi's. There are 2 Tennis Courts and these courts support pickleball. There are 6 public barbeques grills. There is a Clubhouse along with a ping pong table.<br />This is a 2nd floor condo with no elevator. It is approximately 1600 square feet of living area. It has cable TV and internet enabled for streaming services t. It has WiFi. The picture of the Guest Bedroom in the listing is outdated because there are twin beds there now. There is beach gear included. The property is located 6 miles from downtown Kona and just down the road from the Keauhou Shopping Plaza. It is also only 13 miles from the airport.
