Located on the hillside of the Dolores Heights neighborhood, this freshly updated 2 bed 1 bath home features bright and open concept living spaces, privacy, and of course, amazing Castro views. <br /><br />Enjoy your time in San Francisco experiencing privacy within the intersection of Castro, Noe, Mission, and Duboce Neighborhoods!<br /><br />Please note, all host reviews are for my previous listing of this home<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This home is one of three on the block that sit near the rear of the property, compared to the others that sit right off the sidewalk. This allows for a private experience, but also means guests must climb a serious set of stairs in order to get to the home. We ask that all guests verify with the host that they are in physical shape to climb 4 flights of stairs to reach the home from the sidewalk.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will receive a code and instructions to enter on the morning of their check in. Each code will be unique to the guest for their security. The portion of the home that the guest will have access to will be clearly defined upon arrival in our welcome packet.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Transit: The MUNI J line has 2 stops in Dolores Park, each about 2 blocks away. Also the MUNI Castro station, with multiple lines, is about a 7 minute walk away, making the home very accessible to public transit. <br /><br />Parking: We are only able to offer street parking at this time. The area rarely enforces the 2 hour maximum for unpermitted vehicles, but will always issue tickets if vehicles are not moved during the weekly street cleaning window mentioned on the signs. One side of the street has street cleaning Monday from 9am - 11am. The side the house is on has street cleaning Thursday 12pm - 2pm. <br /><br />Community: Your hosts identify as part of LGBTQIA community and support an inclusive experience for all.
