(Welcome) Our Tranquililty Ohana is beautifully decorated in vintage tropical style in a very quiet neighborhood and offers you your own private and cozy space to kick back and relax. Window seats offer a nice nook for reading. Wake up to birds singing and enjoy morning coffee or tea on your own private lanai while enjoying the beautiful garden landscape. Please enjoy using our beach gear at the most beautiful white sand beaches on the island, as close as 15 minutes away.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />For your enjoyment the Ohana offers, high speed internet, cable tv, a Teac sound system for your ipod or CDs, and a DVD player with a nice selection of older movies. <br /><br />This is not a studio, it has separate bedroom with door.<br /><br />There is a variety of books and games for those rare rainy days.<br /><br />Croquet and Bocci ball equipment available UPON REQUEST.<br /><br />Fully equipped kitchen<br /><br />Off street free parking in the paved lot.<br /><br />The ohana is the lower section of a tri-split level home with no adjoining walls. There is a breezeway between the rental and the main house, with 2 rooms of our living space above the rental. The only shared space is the parking area and driveway.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Your private entrance is accessible from the parking area by walking towards the front of the house to the short flight of stairs going DOWN. Alternatively, there is a path to the front lawn and over to the unit if you prefer no stairs. Stairs are lit for safety at night. Please use handrail.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have a sweet blind cat on the property. He is mostly indoors, but please do watch for him in the driveway.
