The room comes with its own AC unit.<br /><br />Dual sink, two walk-in closets, full bathtub, and Japanese bidet.<br /><br />GUEST BEDROOM AND BATHROOM:<br /><br />The two guest bedrooms are located on the lower floor, with a shared bathroom.<br /><br />The first bedroom has a queen, and the second has a full sized bed and Pottery Barn twin bunks.<br /><br />LAUNDRY:<br /><br />Modern LG washer and dryer are available for use, with detergent, bleach, and whitening.<br /><br />GARAGE/PARKING:<br /><br />Room for two cars inside the garage, and two outside on the driveway.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:<br /><br />Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8.<br /><br />There's parking for 4 vehicles. In the winter, the driveway is regularly plowed. Parking is only permitted in the garage during winter months, providing space for 2 vehicles.
