The neighborhood is not often monitored by parking enforcement so guests never have trouble leaving their cars passed the 1 hour parking limit. Be aware of street cleaning on Mondays and Tuesdays. Street cleaning signs apply to everyone - even vehicles with parking permits. The home-side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM and the opposite side of the street has street cleaning on Monday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Digital door locks are programed with unique access codes for every guest.<br /><br />Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking on the street right outside of the home is always available and free! One visitor pass will be available to use and leave on the dashboard of your vehicles to avoid any parking tickets during your stay.<br /><br />We do not accept pets<br /><br />Early check-ins are available per request for a small $85 fee!
