This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.<br /><br />For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee.<br />We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.<br /><br />Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150 per month ($180 for winter season) for long term stay.
