Welcome to Lake Tahoe; the most beautiful place in the world! We would love to host you in our family getaway located in the Pinewild Waterfront Community in Zephyr Cove. Unwind on our private beach or on one of the condo’s decks taking in the tranquility of your surroundings. Our home is located in the center of all of Tahoe's year-round activities! Although restaurants, shops, ski resorts, premier golf, and nightlife are just a 5-minute drive away, our home is peaceful and secluded.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Open the Front Door and walk into your NEWLY REMODELED Lake Tahoe Home-away-from-Home! Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has a California King Sized Bed, high thread-count sheets a full duvet cover over a down alternative comforter, a Smart TV, and a large closet. The master bedroom has a comfy Sleep by Number bed, with separate controls for each side, so you can set yourself up for the best sleep possible. The Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath/shower combo. The Kitchen, Dining Area, and Great Room are all located upstairs. The second floor is where memories are made! The Dining Table is ready for you to gather around and enjoy your home-cooked meal and reminisce on the day’s adventures. The modern kitchen is ready for all your family meals! It is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, dishes and flatware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and more! Cozy up in front of the fireplace while watching the 55 inch mounted Smart TV. Enjoy your morning coffee from one of the two private decks that overlook the pines & greenery. Parking is a breeze with a designated spot in front of the building. Free High-Speed Wi-Fi Access at your fingertips! <br /><br />Just a two-minute walk from the Front Door is one of the best beaches on the entire lake. We have all the beach necessities you will need including: 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards, a two-person Ocean Kayak, 2 kid size kayaks, an assortment of adults and child size Life Jackets, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, a cooler, and a Wagon to cart everything to and from the beach. There is even a corn hole game there for you. Tennis/pickle ball courts and ping pong are available at the Club House.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the Pinewild Condominium private beach. There are tennis and pickle ball courts that are available to guests during the warmer months.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have two adult sleds and two child size sleds for your use during the snow season. Our grand babies love to sled down the hill in front of our condo, to our front door.<br /><br />DOUGLAS COUNTY MANDATES<br />1. Short term rental permit: DSTR1198P<br />2. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. <br />3. Guests are allowed parking for one vehicle in parking spot #39 only. Failure to park in the designated spot and display the parking permit, may result in a citation and fine of $500. Guests may NOT use the guest parking spaces.<br />4. Parking permit must be displayed at all times on driver’s side of dashboard. <br />5. Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM will be strictly enforced.<br />6. The guest who rents must be 25 years of age or older. <br />7. The guest who books must provide a photo copy of his or her driver’s license as proof of age, to the host.
