Guests also enjoy access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club—an excellent snorkeling beach with beach chairs provided and oceanfront dining at Napua Restaurant. <br /> <br />Nearby you’ll find scenic walking paths, golf courses, Holoholokai Beach Park, and some of the Big Island’s most beautiful beaches including Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach. <br /> <br />Concierge services are available to assist with activity recommendations, tours, and reservations. <br /> <br />Pest Control & Maintenance Notice <br />Interior pest control is scheduled for March 5, June 4, September 3, and December 3, 2026. <br /> <br />Additionally, Kulalani will be undergoing building remediation construction beginning January 2026 through December 2027. Work will rotate between buildings. Please inquire for details regarding the proximity of active construction to this unit.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. <br />We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person.
