With garden and golf course views, central AC, and multiple private lanais, this home offers a comfortable island retreat close to beaches, golf, and dining. <br /> <br />Guests enjoy access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club — a beautiful sandy beach with calm waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling. <br /> <br />Inside, the home features a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor dining for four, and a covered lanai with outdoor dining and a built-in BBQ grill. <br /> <br />The primary bedroom includes a Cal King bed and an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom, and a half bath is located off the living area. <br /> <br />Community amenities include two pools, spas, and a fitness center. Beach gear is provided for guest use. <br /> <br />Our concierge team is available to help arrange island activities, dining reservations, and local experiences during your stay. <br /> <br />Pest Control & Maintenance Notice <br />Interior pest control is scheduled for March 5, June 4, September 3, and December 3, 2026. <br /> <br />Additionally, Kulalani will be undergoing building remediation construction beginning January 2026 through December 2027. Work will rotate between buildings. Please inquire for details regarding the proximity of active construction to this unit.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. <br />We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person.
