Includes 65” 4K smart TV. <br />• Living Area: Open concept with 75" 4K smart TV and tropical decor. You’ll enjoy four additional windows in this floor plan plus added privacy with no unit above you and just one well-insulated shared wall.<br /><br />The entire condo is yours to enjoy, with the exception of the locked owner’s closet and the detached garage.<br /><br />There is a $35 daily resort fee* per group. This fee is collected directly by the Haliʻi Kai Resort front desk (not paid to the unit owner). At check-in you will receive keycards for access to the Ocean Club Bar and Grill (noon to 8pm), pools with towels provided and the fitness Pavilion. This area is open from 8am-8pm. <br /><br />*The resort fee is not included in your Airbnb booking total.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Resort Check-In & Access Information<br /><br />When you arrive, please check in at the front office of Haliʻi Kai.<br />If you arrive outside of office hours (9am-6pm) be sure to stop by the next morning before visiting the gated pool area. <br /><br />There is a $35 daily resort fee per group, collected directly by the Haliʻi Kai Resort Association (not the unit owner).
