This condo is located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort Area. It is close to the beach (A-Bay--free parking), petroglyphs, restaurants and shopping (King's Court and Queen's Marketplace). <br /><br />You’ll love it because of the location (a 15 min. drive to world class Hupuna Beach), the ambiance, and the relaxing outdoor Lanai with sofa and chairs. It is steps to 1 of 2 pools on the property. It's a good place for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and families.<br /><br />TA-090-830-2336-01<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Waikoloa Beach Resort is a destination resort centrally located on the North Kohala coast which is 18 miles north of the Kona Airport. It is close to the stunning A-Bay and has two world class golf courses, amazing shopping at the King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. There are many restaurants including the Lava Lava Beach club (put your toes right in the sand), as well as Roy’s and Merriman's. There is also a food court and a gourmet grocery store with lots of irresistible ready-made choices for folks who don't want to cook. <br /><br />Our condo has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with ceiling fans and central air throughout. It is a two story townhouse with dramatic 17’ vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, and over 1200 square feet of space to let you enjoy the endless Hawaiian summer. <br /><br />The open kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of your cooking needs. It has granite counter tops and travertine tiled floors. <br /><br />There is a blender for creating frozen tropical drinks. We provide everything you need to cook a stunning gourmet dinner, or warm up leftovers if that is your wish. There are grills steps from the lanai next to the pool. The dining table will comfortably seat 6 adults.<br /><br />The living room is comfortably laid out with plenty of seating to watch the 42' HD LCD TV. The couch folds out into a queen sleeper. <br />There is free WiFi provided in the condo. <br /><br />Downstairs is a large bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed. A closet and dresser provide plenty of room for storage. There is a smart tv to stream all of your favorite programs. A full-sized bathroom with a shower/tub combination is next to the bedroom. The closet that houses the laundry facility is also conveniently located on the main level. <br /><br />There is a designated parking spot across from the front door of the the condo. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler provided to make your beach visits comfortable and fun. <br /><br />The luxurious master bedroom upstairs has been designed with comfort in mind. There is a comfortable king-sized bed with a plush memory foam topper. Large sliding doors provide access to a lanai which has a table and two chairs, perfect for a private, relaxing evening beverage with a view of the beautifully lit pool. There is a smart TV and a dresser for clothing storage. A private, ensuite bathroom offers granite counter tops, travertine floors, a separate tub and shower, and ample storage space including a walk-in closet. <br /><br />The location is very convenient within this complex. It is steps away from one of two lovely pools. The grills are located in the pool area along with tables and chairs allowing you to grill while the kids swim. A short walk takes you to the tennis courts, recreation room, and the second pool and large hot tub. <br /><br />Also close to the condo you can take a fascinating free tour of the Puako Petroglyph Archaeological Preserve (next to the King’s Shops). <br /><br />There are two golf courses at Waikoloa, the Beach Course (designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.), and the King’s Course, (designed by Tom Weiskopf). Several other world-class golf course nearby including the Mauna Lani course, the Mauna Kea course, and Hapuna Beach course. <br /><br />I hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!
