This townhome has been decorated with comfort in mind and a modern coastal Hawaiian style with an open floor plan which is a perfect fit for family and friends to enjoy together.<br />The living area is open to the kitchen and dining areas and looks out over the beautiful waikoloa fairway golf course and lake. This space is perfect for entertaining family and friends with its two sliding doors providing lots of natural light and access to a great big lanai with new deep seating lounge chairs that recline for your comfort. <br />A fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes stocked with high end appliances and provides anything you may want including a blender, kitchenAid mixer, Breville pots and pans and much more. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably as well as the three additional dining seats at the breakfast bar. <br />The master bedroom upstairs features a brand new Casper king sized bed with golf course views. The master bath is bright and spacious and provides a dual sink vanity, a separate toilet room, a walk-in shower and a soaking bathtub.
