Here, every day unfolds at an easy pace, surrounded by the relaxed rhythm of Waikoloa Beach Resort.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />With room for up to eight guests, this townhouse offers a comfortable and well-planned layout. The master bedroom features a king bed and a calm sense of retreat. A second guest bedroom also includes a king bed, while the third provides two twin beds and a twin pull-out chair. The living room adds a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. Two and a half bathrooms, complete with essentials and hair dryers, make it easy for everyone to refresh and unwind.<br /><br />Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass<br />Your stay includes the Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass, valid for up to six registered guests through December 31, 2025. Enjoy access to the resort’s pools, waterslides, and hot tubs, along with self-parking for one vehicle and towel service. Fitness center access is available for a daily fee, and lockers can be rented for convenience. The pass is active from 4 pm on your arrival day until 11 am on your departure day, giving you plenty of time to experience the resort’s amenities.<br /><br />Outdoor living and resort features<br />Within the gated Waikoloa Colony Villas community, you’ll find two community swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness room. A community BBQ area near the pools offers a welcoming spot for outdoor meals, and the townhouse’s private patio or balcony invites you to relax in the island air after a day at the beach.<br /><br />Kitchen & dining<br />The full kitchen includes cookware, dishware, and cooking basics for easy meal preparation. Modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and drip-style coffee maker make home-style dining simple and convenient.<br /><br />Essentials and conveniences<br />Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round, while WiFi and TVs in both the living room and master bedroom provide easy entertainment. A washer and dryer are located in the unit, and linens, towels, and beach essentials are provided. Guests have parking for up to two vehicles, with one space in the garage and one reserved stall.<br /><br />Neighborhood<br />Set within Waikoloa Beach Resort, the townhouse is close to Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops, and Island Gourmet Market, all less than a mile away for dining and shopping. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach and the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range are just a short drive away, offering convenient access to the area’s favorite activities.<br /><br />House rules<br />The property is non-smoking and pet-free, with a relaxed setting designed for easy vacation living. Baby equipment is not provided, but local rental services are available nearby. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawai. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.
