The bedrooms have carpet. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest rooms have a queen and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are extra pillows and blankets for colder mountain nights. Upstairs there is an open living/great room, dining area and kitchen and a sofa bed. There is also a half bath and a deck off of the living room with gas BBQ and a small seating table and 2 chairs.<br />The home has wifi with instructions for wifi and password.<br />The clubhouse and pool/hot tub is a 3-minute drive. There is pool, hot tub, sauna in each bathroom, tennis and pickle ball courts, and ping pong. There is a BBQ area and a fire pit outside the clubhouse.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please go to the Lake Village Clubhouse between<br /> 10am -5 pm to get a parking pass which you will display in your rear window. The HOA requires this and you can check in to use clubhouse, pool (in season) and hot tub, fire pit which are available <br />year-round. There is also a sauna inside the men's and women's bathrooms. Turn on when you enter the bathrooms for after pool and spa time!<br />Parking pass is required as well. There is no charge.
