You will have your own private lanai, perfect for outdoor dining and watching the sunset lit sky or a great daytime work space, a kitchenette includes a mini fridge and dishwasher, along with hot plates, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. A beautifully landscaped pool area features multi tiered tropical resort style pool, two gas barbecues, grassy area, separate jacuzzi area, and a large covered space for entertaining. This tastefully designed apartment will be the perfect place to experience all that dreamy Kauai has to offer while building memories that will last a lifetime.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The private two room apartment is accessed through a shared space to utilize the interior staircase. Once upstairs, the two bedrooms are a locked off separate wing of the house. One room functions as a bedroom and the other room functions as a den/living room with its own kitchenette, along with a private bathroom and patio.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note:<br /><br />- There is a shared interior access to your private apartment to utilize the interior staircase. Once upstairs you will be able to access your private apartment on its own wing of the house. <br /><br />-A 17.25% tax will be added to the cost of the overall booking for Hawaii TAT and GET taxes.
