This luxurious, beautifully furnished, 2-story Nihilani townhome offers a tranquil retreat just steps from the pool and BBQ area.<br /><br />Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome features hardwood floors, a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, and dedicated workspaces for remote work. Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with three lanais—two off the private bedrooms and one off the living room, perfect for balmy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast island, and dining space for six to eight guests.<br /><br />The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, large flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two twin beds (convertible to a king)—provide ample sleeping space. An open area with a daybed offers additional lounging or sleeping options. High-speed internet ensures you can stay connected and stream your favorite services. Central air conditioning, a 2-car garage, and a high-density washer/dryer add to your comfort and convenience.<br /><br />For your beach adventures, we provide soft and hard-sided coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach toys, and bicycles. This is paradise for more than humans and you'll see Chickens and Roosters throughout the island, geckos (they are our friends) as they take care of other bugs that you might come across as well. We treat for pests regularly and the first couple days after treatment activity is a little higher and you may run across something.<br /><br />Also, be aware that this is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors when coming and going from the unit, and when utilizing exterior areas.<br /><br />Responsible party must be 21 years of age or older to rent with KREG.
