Stairs are required for entry, and both bedrooms are located upstairs.<br />* The primary bedroom fan and light are operated by remote.<br />* Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas only.<br /><br />Late Check-In<br />If you arrive after 8 PM, on-site security can assist you. Use the phone at the front desk or call the number posted at the entrance.<br /><br />Key Cards<br />Please return all key cards at checkout. A $10 replacement fee per lost card will apply.<br /><br />Additional Requests<br />We provide all essentials listed along with starter supplies. If you need anything extra, we’re happy to help when possible—additional items or special requests may involve a fee.<br /><br />Lost & Found<br />Please double-check the unit before checkout. If items are left behind, we may assist in returning them, but guests are responsible for shipping costs.<br /><br />Traveling with a larger group? We have an additional identical unit in the same complex. Book both together for a total of 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests.
