Our home is located in a family-friendly, gated community with 30 acres of ocean-front property and a private security guard!<br /><br />The best ocean views! Our waterfront home features 3 rooms. Two bedrooms are master suites with Cali-King beds and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a 3rd-floor space/bedroom, with ocean views, another king bed and queen bed! This 3rd floor is up loft-ladder stairs (photos provided).<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our stunning home offers 2 main en-suite king bedrooms and a third floor loft with more ocean views and another queen and king bed. There are a total of 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. <br /><br />The expansive kitchen opens up to the comfortable living room which features a very large flat screen TV. You will enjoy ocean views from both the fully equipped fourmet kitchen and the spacious living room. <br /><br />Our home offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You'll enjoy access to your private condo/ ocean-front townhome. Our unit is on the end adding to the beautiful views and privacy.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our home is in Lahaina, near where the August 2023 fires were. We are technically in what they classify as the "burn zone" but all hazardous materials are cleaned up. There are many restaurants, activities and places to shop just 15min drive to the north in Ka'anapali and another 10min north is Kapalua. Our home is in a very private and quite oasis!
