The Hawaiian word "Ohana" means family and embodies the spiritual quality of kindness and love for all of the human family. <br /><br />Our spacious ground floor Ohana was renovated to "the studs" with much consideration for comfort as well as beauty. <br /><br />Our Ohana offers a modern gourmet kitchen, and a living area that is welcoming, bright and airy. The kitchen pairs Poggenpohl cabinets with Miele appliances. You are invited to make use of the blender, toaster, rice cooker, spices/herbs and other conveniences that are fully stocked for your dining-in pleasure. <br /><br />The main bedroom is furnished with Cal King bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Our second bedroom has 2 twin xls that can easily be converted to a King. Each bedroom also has its own private lanai with seating. <br /><br />In your relaxing living room, catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or browse the internet with the fast and free Wifi. We also offer some games and card decks (look in the tv cabinet). <br /><br />For your cooling comfort, there is a new split-system A/C to both bedrooms & living/dining room, as well as ceiling fans which allow for preferred temperature in each area--even on the lanai.<br /><br />There are no shared side walls with our Ohana which ensures greater privacy. Ground floor living, with zero steps, ensures no struggle up stairs with luggage, kids, or those Costco groceries!<br /><br />You will find beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, as well as coolers and beach towels to make your trips to the beach carefree and relaxing. There are also 2 inviting pools within the complex along with multiple grilling areas.<br /><br />For those looking to be in the heart of Wailea with easy and walkable access to all, our Ohana offers a 5-minute walk to Akamai Coffee, a Tiki Lounge, and multiple other restaurants. Nestled next to a main road, our location ensures you’re always connected to the vibrant surroundings. Numerous five-star hotels and casual to fine dining restaurants are just a short stroll away<br /><br />Kihei is just a 5-10 min drive away that also offers several fun bars and restaurants. Wailea beaches offer warm water and gentle waves for great snorkeling and boogie boarding. Parking is plenty and right outside your front door (not assigned either)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our Ohana is managed by a very selective property management company that offers a service that is more personalized and nurturing, yet professional, during your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, our on-island property manager will be supporting you prior to and during your vacation. We have very detailed cleaning checklists and have also implemented dual disinfecting procedures that include cleaning ALL high-touch surfaces.
