The attached garage is not availabe.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Hawaii is great at any time of year! Come discover Hale Le’a, Unit #301, our deluxe 2 bedroom town home and the island of Hawaii. Over 140 successful bookings via another booking website. <br /><br />Our Town home <br />Unit #301 is a good choice for those wanting privacy with an upstairs master suite (King bed and adjoining master bathroom) and a completely private bedroom on the main floor (King bed and adjacent bathroom). <br /><br />The well-appointed kitchen will please any holiday chef. It even includes an espresso machine so you can make your personal kona coffee morning latte. Our private lanai/porch is lovely for an evening meal prepared on your own Viking propane BBQ and outdoor prep center. For your media needs, the unit includes 3 flat screen TV’s with cable, a DVD player, MP3/Ipod stereo system and wireless internet. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience and hanging rack for drying. We also have a large selection of books and several magazine subscriptions. <br /><br />Our on island manager ensures you have more than enough paper towels, dish soaps, garbage bags for the kitchen and toilet papers and hand and hair products in the bathroom to last your stay. In the kitchen, salt/pepper/spices and oils are there for your use. <br /><br />The Fairways complex offers a welcoming pool area with a kids wading pool and large natural stone hot pool. The fitness center has a nice selection of free weights and fitness equipment.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The unit is very close to the complex's oversized swimming pool surrounded by landscaped park, lava rock waterfall, hot tub, wading pool for young children, and fitness center. In addition, guests have access to wonderful and exclusive Mauna Lani Resort's Beach Club. The private Mauna Lani Beach Club is on a protected bay with white sand and coconut palms. There are lounge chairs for guests, is a great place to relax and also boasts of world class snorkeling (all ocean gear can be rented seaside, but turtles are free.) You can enjoy lunch or dinner at the Beach Club Restaurant and Bar, go for a sail, or merely walk along beautifully restored, historic Hawaiian fishing trails around the oceanfront ponds and ancient petroglyphs. All the while, enjoying the view of our migrating whales spouting and swimming underneath the fantastic sunsets.<br /><br />Jessi is a certified Hawaii Certified Destination Specialist and a travel agent.
