Step outside and you’re only moments from restaurants, shops, cafés, and beautiful Honl’s Beach.<br /><br />A rare find in Kona, this townhome offers space, privacy, and an unbeatable location for guests who want the convenience of walking to town while enjoying the tranquility of their own island home.<br /><br /> <br /><br />The Space<br /><br />Main Level: Remodeled kitchen with granite counters, Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, stainless appliances, coffeemaker, air fryer, blender, and two custom Hawaiian wood counters (one with rare ocean views, unique to this complex ). Dinning area, half bath, spacious living room(not a sleeper sofa that is located on the second floor) with large streaming TV, and access to the main lanai with outdoor seating. Pop up outdoor bar for dinner ocean views.<br />***No A/C on the main level -has many windows and sliding doors to the lanai along with a portable fan and 3 ceiling fans for you to enjoy the tropical breezes.<br /><br />A flight of stairs leads to the upper level, where you'll find the sleeping areas and a second private lanai. This level features a comfortable king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa with privacy curtains, allowing the space to be divided into two separate sleeping areas. Bedding for the sleeper sofa is conveniently stored in the ottomans in front of the sofa.<br /><br />Enjoy a second TV with streaming services and local channels available through the Spectrum app. A portable A/C unit is provided on the second floor only to keep the sleeping area comfortable for a restful night's sleep. ***Please note that it is not intended to cool the entire townhome.<br /><br />The upper level also includes a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate vanity/sink area. A dedicated desk and workspace are provided for guests who need to work remotely.<br /><br />Extras: Laundry room with washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets. Beach gear -snorkel sets, 2 boogie boards, one large cooler (located towards the back of the laundry room) and 2 small coolers (freezer packs in freezer), beach umbrella, pool noodles and beach chairs.
