Family owned & operated Airbnb. Sunshine’s decor was inspired by the sun! This cozy unit has a queen bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and private lanai with outdoor seating and a glimpse of the ocean. You can fall asleep comfortably at night with open windows, allowing for airflow, with peace of mind that it's a safe neighborhood. The lanai has an amazing mural painted by our resident artist, McKaela. We are 1.6 miles from the beach and you can borrow our chairs and umbrella when you go.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our house is a 5-unit space with the hosts living on the upper floor of the house. We also have 1 long-term renter living in the unit next door. We all enjoy open air living. If you are sensitive to light, we suggest packing an eye mask. Our curtains are not blackout curtains. We do this purposefully, due to living in a tropical climate, the growth of mold is high in dark, humid, spaces. We don’t want that for our guests. So, if you need anything at all, just let McKaela or Mack know!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You are welcome to use the shared grill space just outside your door, along with the shared laundry space one door to the left from your room.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We expect your stay to be as wonderful as our previous guest’s experiences have been. McKaela and Mack are happy, energetic, artistic people who enjoy the island lifestyle. We do have pets on the property. Please note if you are someone who does not like animals, this may not be the space you’ll want to rent.
