There are two swimming pools with BBQ areas and two tennis courts (one pickle ball court) on the property. We are also walking distance (~5-10 minutes) to secluded white sand beaches, tide pools, coves, 12 miles of biking, hiking, and jogging trails, horseback riding, helicopter tours, kayaking, snorkeling, surfing lessons, Lei Lei’s restaurant, and the newly renovated Turtle Bay Resort, which you have full access to (except the pool), including a wonderful spa, restaurants, and the pool bar to watch the surfers and majestic Hawaiian sunsets.<br /><br />Also close by are the North Shore’s famous surfing beaches, including Sunset Beach, the Banzai Pipeline, and Waimea Bay, along with the Polynesian Cultural Center, and the historic Haleiwa town, which is ~10-20 minutes away by car.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />New Split AC system was installed in Fall 2021<br /><br />Please note that this unit was previously listed on VRBO under the previous owner.
