Don't forget to wear Sunscreen!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Master bedroom has a queen bed, Living room has a pull out couch for sleeping 2 more; loft surfer theme room has 2 queen beds for relaxing. Both Master & Loft are Air Conditioned spaces. We also provide a Pack n' Play for any little ones. 1 bathroom on main floor and 1 bathroom in loft. Kitchen and Living area and patio are great open spaces. We have kitchen and bed linens, bath and beach towels, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric range and oven, fridge, and kitchen essentials. Enjoy tennis and pickleball on one of our free courts or take a two minute walk from the condo to the pool with outdoor shower, lounge chairs, and BBQ grill. Walk to beaches or surf at Turtle Bay Hotel.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Condo pools and tennis and pickleball courts are accessible to all registered guests. <br /><br />Hotel amenities: The condos are located on the golf course within Turtle Bay Resort. All resort amenities are within walking distance from the condos. The condos are not subject to a resort fee or parking fee. All condo guests have access to many hotel amenities, including all restaurants and bars, valet or free self parking, golf, beaches, and trails. * *The beach cabanas, hotel pool, and hot tub are exclusively for hotel guests and their guests**. The poolside bar and restaurants, as well as the sunset viewing areas, are open to the public. There are two pools available at the condo complex, so swimming will be available with this reservation.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our cleaning process conforms to CDC guidelines. We are a legal short term rental according to the rules and regulations of Honolulu City and County.
