Gorgeous VIEWS from the unit and lanai!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our unit#308 is a non-smoking and air conditioned ONE BEDROOM condo featuring island-inspired décor and charming teak furnishings; two ACs units (one in each room), two smart TVs, kitchen with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and cooking utensils. <br /><br />A bedroom with a California king-size bed. A full size pull-out sofa in the living room. Oversized lanai runs across the total width of the unit, approximately 170 sq. ft<br /><br />Common area:<br /><br />Pool/Hot-tub and Gas grills in the pool area are available for guests use. <br />There is no onsite laundry facility available, however, there are a few laundromats in the nearby area. For more information, please check out our guests welcome book in the unit.<br /><br />Unit's amenities include: Hawaiian style furnishings designed by Wayne Parker, Hawaiian artwork, travertine stone flooring, wet bar, wood cabinets, granite counter tops, under cabinet lighting, and onyx tile backsplash, two smart LCD TV, cable TV and electronic safe.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />I will provide a code for the unit door' lock by email along with the check-in/out instructions 5-7 days before your arrival.<br />Parking notes: There is an assigned parking for unit#308 next to the lobby entrance (for 1 vehicle).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We own this One-Bedroom condo #308 and Studio#240 in Islander on the Beach and happy to host you in one of our units! <br /><br />TRAVEL INSURANCE – <br />We highly recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance covering cancellation for all causes.
