Free parking for 1 car during your stay.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This Kona Plaza unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, with a spacious kitchen, living room, and large private outdoor patio that wraps around the front and side of the unit providing stunning ocean and mountain views. Sleeping accommodations include a one queen-sized bed, two twin beds, and a full-sized sleeper sofa. Two sleeping mats/futons will also be available for use. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels will be provided during your stay. Unit also includes wifi and smart TV in living room. Wall AC units included in living room & both bedrooms. Kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, & keurig coffee maker. In unit washer-dryer available for use.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The condo building is equipped with elevators to all floors of the building, including underground parking garage. Handicap parking spaces are available for use, and building is equipped with lighted pathways at night. The Kona Plaza building also has various shared spaces that may be available for use during your stay. On the ground level there is a gated pool area with an outdoor shower & sun loungers available. Two terraces located on the 3rd & 4th floor of the building provide extra space with sun loungers, outdoor dining tables, and a BBQ grill. Availability of all common spaces is at the discretion of the Kona Plaza condo association, and are subject to availability based on both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Please inquire about potential closures if you would like to use common spaces during your stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- A “Primus Security” key will be provided to access underground parking garage (via elevator and entrance via Ali'i drive), condo complex shared spaced. <br />- Free parking is available for one vehicle. A blue parking pass will be provided in the unit during check in. Displayed parking passes are required at all times while parking on property, condo site manager will fine all vehicles without proper permit displayed. You will be able to park in either upper parking deck in designated spaces for “Kona Plaza permit holders,” or in unassigned underground parking lot. <br />- Please leave both parking pass and security key in unit during check out.
