Our home is situated between Lower Haight and Alamo Square! Enjoy easy access to the best parks, shops and restaurants from this charming centrally located home. The open floor plan and modern kitchen make our home family friendly.<br /><br />We live in our home and short term rent on some weekends, so you may encounter our belongings in some closets, vanities, the fridge, etc. <br /><br />Smoking is not permitted indoors or anywhere on our property. <br /><br />Maximum 4 occupants, including children.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home has been recently renovated and updated with a majority of available modern comforts. <br /><br />Please do not wear shoes in our home! Take your shoes off either prior to the top of the stairs landing or at the bench at the top of the stairs. Thank you!!<br /><br />We have Apple TVs in the living room and master bedroom, which include access to Netflix, Prime Video HBO Max.<br /><br />Guests may encounter the owners/occupants of the downstairs condo in the front stairway. Please be courteous and do not disturb them. Additionally, quiet hours are from 10pm-6am. Please respect this. Parties are not allowed. <br /><br />No parking spaces are provided. However, all blocks surrounding our home have 2-hour spaces that are free for overnight parking.<br /><br />The living room fireplace is not functional. Please do not attempt to use (if you do, an alarm will sound and we will be notified).<br /><br />Our home is filled with a number of beautiful house plants that are all real and thriving! Please just enjoy being in their presence. You are not expected to water them and please don’t damage them.<br /><br />During your stay: <br /> - Help yourself with cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper, spices and condiments<br /> - Please don't use any of the liquor<br /> - No smoking anywhere on the property<br /> - Please don't eat, drink wine or sleep on the couches<br /> - Please use coasters (they're on the bottom shelf of the coffee table)<br /> - The use of common spaces in our building is not included. Please do not attempt to access the backyard or garage<br /> - Please don't attempt to use the fireplace.
