The Suite has all the amenities to make your stay carefree and relaxing.<br />Located within walking distance of San Francisco City College, and with easy access to all the attractions the city has to offer.<br />Experience SF on MUNI, just a 5-minute walk, and BART, a 15-minute walk from the front door. A variety of restaurants and cafes are within a few blocks.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Suite is fully furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, spacious closet with built-in drawers, a well-equipped kitchenette with induction hot plate, crockpot, microwave, small refrigerator, and bistro-size table with chairs, full bathroom with tub and shower head, living area with love seat, chair, working desk, and electric fireplace, Wi-Fi and streaming TV service, iron, and blow dryer. We supply the towels and bedding. In addition, there is a peaceful garden in the back for your enjoyment.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The Suite has a secured private entrance and a back door with direct access to a peaceful backyard patio.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please consider our friendly neighbors as you come and go. <br />Quiet time is from 10 pm-7 am. <br />Our home is not designed for events or parties. We are set up to accommodate 2 adult guests, but will consider a 3rd at an extra cost per night only if pre-arranged.<br /> If you have a car we recommend you pay attention to meters, street cleaning, street signs and be very careful to not block driveways. Our home is located on a block, where most often you can find free parking easily.
