Our unit is a one bedroom plus loft with 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, and lanai overlooking the golf course.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Inside the gate of Kuilima Estates, guests have one reserved parking spot and access to 2 pools, tennis/pickleball courts, a clubhouse gazebo, and BBQ areas. The property also has a 24/7 security guard for added safety.<br /><br />Guests also have access to the Turtle Bay Resort and it's grounds EXCEPT for the resort pool areas, cabanas and fitness gym. Enjoy a range of resort amenities such as the restaurants, pool bar, live music, beautiful beaches, and extensive trails for running, biking and exploring.
