Rising from a flat leafy block of classic homes, this magnificent 1905 top floor apartment possesses grandeur and impressive scale of Victorian era, enhanced by brilliant natural light and neighborhood views.

Gracious proportions, soaring ceilings and expansive 4 bedrooms are graced with exquisite period detailing: ornate wainscot, oak hardwood flooring, decorative fireplace, ceiling medallions, and curved window bays.

The space
We’ve named our home “the lighthouse” as both the morning and afternoon sun streams through the expansive windows. You’ll love the size and feel at home here with plenty of space to relax and each do your own thing. Furniture is an eclectic mix of cozy and modern intended to sink into. And past guests have appreciated a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso Vertuo and stocked pantry for you to consume. Just a block or two away you’ll be mesmerized by the historic ‘dog’ park or the French cafe, tree lined streets and local stores.

Guest access
There’s two access points - the main entrance and then the back exit that leads to the garage where the trash bins are located. With the exception of a small room by the entry you will have access to the entire home on the third floor.

Other things to note
NOTE - our apartment is on the third floor with a steep flight of stairs. You can leave a stroller at the bottom of the stairs if you have youngsters and there is a garage for bikes.

Registration Details
2024-002280STR
