It does not record video or audio.<br /><br />★ PARKING ★<br />The building garage has self parking available for $35/day.<br /><br />★ CONSTRUCTION NOISE ★<br />The building is working on the lanais on weekdays from 9am to 4pm, and this will continue until around April 2026. The schedule can be unpredictable, so if you expect to be in the unit often during the day and are sensitive to noise, it may be worth considering another accommodation to ensure a comfortable stay.<br /><br />★ SURFBOARDS ★<br />Please note that the building does not offer surfboard storage and surfboards are not permitted in the elevators.<br /><br />★ PEST CONTROL ★<br />This building has mandatory monthly pest control around the end of the month. A technician may enter the unit to spray near the entrance and kitchen. It takes just a few minutes, and guests do not need to be present.<br /><br />★ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES ★<br />Guests are expected to stay responsive through Airbnb messaging and reply to the host's questions when needed. No smoking or drug use is allowed on the premises—the building enforces a $500 fine for smoking, even on the terrace, and any fines will be charged to the guest. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (early check-ins are not permitted). Upon arrival, please confirm via message.
