We keep extra pillows, blankets and towels in the closets for your use. In the Rec Center lobby, they will charge $10 per guest per day (plus $2 for towel rentals). Please note - charges apply for HOA Keycard not returned ($350 per pass).<br />Please do not take towels outside of the condo for any outdoor use. <br /><br />Use of Solo Stove is entirely at the user’s own risk and responsibility.<br /><br />There is a noise level monitoring system (Noiseaware) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It simply record sound levels (not conversations) and sends an alert when the sound is over 70 decibels.<br /><br />There is a ring camera at the front door of the home, facing outside only.<br /><br />Please note that there are fans in the king and queen bedrooms and living space, and there is no air conditioning available, but the refreshing mountain breeze keeps the condo comfortably cool.<br /> <br />The condo has heating (‘Nest’ controlled)
