Welcome to The Pacifica Inn located in Volcano on the Big Island of Hawai’i. The Pacifica Inn is a special little place out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean where you can experience peacefulness and tranquility. Come and enjoy the beautiful Hapu’u trees and the Anthurium flowers that surround the property. The Pacifica Inn is a perfect destination for family and friends.<br /><br />This beautiful property has a very dense and lush tropical rainforest with tropical fern trees and Hawaiian flowers through out the property and Hawaiian birds to enjoy.<br /><br />Three of the rooms offer large wall-surrounded windows that allow you to view the rainforest from your room giving you a true Hawalian tropical experience.<br /><br />All of our rooms are private. None of our rooms are shared with other guests. <br /><br />We are Located just five minutes away from the Hawaii Volcano National Park. The town of Volcano is just one mile away.<br /><br />The Pacifica Inn property is very convenient place to stay. Especially after a long day of the best of what Hawaii has to offer.<br /><br />There are 4 units total all on this beautiful tropical property for your family vacation or event.<br /><br />This private property has a house with two separated private apartments that consists of a 1 bedroom The Gecko Room and 1 large studio The Volcano Room with a fully-equipped kitchen. Walk down the beautiful pathway to your other two units that are behind the house. These two units The Nene Room and The Hapu'u Room are side by side rooms that have their own private entrance with kitchenettes and full bathrooms.<br /><br /> *THE SPACE<br />This cozy room offers a queen size bed that will comfortably sleep 1-2 guests. Cot can be provided with a mattress allowing for 1-3 guests. On cold nights, warm up with an extra cozy blanket or simply use the built- in heater. Set a peaceful mood at night by turning on the landscape light and enjoy the panoramic views of the tropical forest. <br /><br />As your host, we offer free, fast, and reliable internet as well as a smart TV for your entertainment needs.<br /><br />The studio has a full bathroom supplied with simple toiletries:<br />-Shampoo<br />-Conditioner<br />-Body Wash<br />-Hand Soap<br />-First Aid Kit<br />-Hair Dryer<br /><br />The kitchenette is equipped with a<br />-Mini Fridge with a mini freezer<br />-Microwave<br />-Toaster <br />-Mini Keurig coffee maker<br />-Utensils and two mini plates<br />-Two bowls <br />-Two coffee mugs & two drinking glasses<br />-Complimentary coffee, sugar and creamer<br /><br />Our Inn has been running as business since the 1980’s. Originally known as the Volcano Inn.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire private property of The Pacifica Inn. There is free and private parking on the property in front of the house that can park four vehicles.<br /><br /><br />Late check ins:<br />You are more than welcome to check in at any time if you will be arriving late in the evening please kindly let your host know so that we may be available for you in case you need help with the check-in, directions or if needed you need anything at all.<br /><br /><br />PARKING:<br />There is one spot that is available per room rented. Parking is only for guests.<br />Please do not park in the parking spots unless you are a guest. We need to leave the parking spots opened and available at all times to the guests. <br />When parking please kindly pull all the way forward allowing for other guests to have room to park. Leave enough room on the side of your vehicle allowing others to get in and out of their vehicles. Please kindly do not block any guests from getting in and out.<br /><br />Guests are welcome to park on the street.<br />No overnight parking on the street due to the Mauna Loa Estates community rules.<br />There is no overnight street parking available.<br /><br />*The HOT TUB area is currently off limits.<br />Please do not go to the hot tub area for your safety it is under repairs.<br /><br />Mahalo for your kindness!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note:<br />Please contact us for other rooms that may be available.<br />ThePacificaInn<br /><br /><br />The Pacifica Inn is located in the beautiful Mauna Loa Estates just one mile from the town of Volcano. In Volcano you will find restaurants and shops to enjoy during your stay. The Hawai’i National Park is only 5 minutes away. This makes the Pacifica Inn a perfect location after a long day of experiencing the best of what Hawaii has to offer. The Hilo International Airport is 40 minutes away and renting a vehicle is the best way for transportation around the Big Island. <br />The Pacifica Inn is located in Volcano which is in a high altitude of 4,000 feet.<br />Volcano is very tropical and rain can fall at anytime during the day or night. We recommend bringing rain gear.<br /><br />The temperatures can get cold at night so we highly recommend you pack warm clothes along with your swimsuits. The room has a heater.<br /><br />All of the water is filtered into the home but as a precaution we recommend guests bring their own drinking water during their stay.<br /><br />The water is NOT CONSUMABLE. <br /><br /> We appreciate your interest in the Pacifica Inn we look forward to hosting you and being part of your journey.
