Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with free street parking and easy access to UCSF, Golden Gate Park, the Marina, and Haight-Ashbury.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You and your approved guests will have private access to the top floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, full bathroom, and two bedrooms—one with a California king and the other with a queen sleigh bed with the Heavenly mattress, made famous by W Hotels.<br /><br />Relax in the fenced-in backyard with a limestone fire pit, 8-person hot tub, and a small dog-friendly yard. Play music outdoors with the HEOS app. While the backyard is shared with the lower unit (0wner on site), the firepit and hot tub are exclusively yours during your stay.<br /><br />We celebrate inclusion and diversity— so unwind and be comfortable!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have private access to the entire top floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, a formal dining room that seats six, a spacious living room, a full bathroom, and two comfortable, generously sized bedrooms. Outside, you'll enjoy access to the fenced backyard, featuring a limestone fire pit and a relaxing 8-person hot tub.<br /><br />The lower unit is owner-occupied, with a separate side entrance with access to the garage and lower deck. Guests have exclusive rights to the hot tub and fire pit during their stay. <br /><br />You’ll also have exclusive access to a spacious entryway, perfect for storing bikes, camping gear, luggage, or other bulky items during your stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a non-smoking home with a strict zero-tolerance policy. Please remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the space clean.<br /><br />Please avoid fully extending the electronic shades in either direction. Leaving about 3–4 inches at the top or bottom will help prevent the motors from burning out.<br /><br />Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. Unauthorized guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval and will result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.<br /><br />The fire pit must be turned off and hot tub temp lowered after use and the cover put back on.
