Welcome to our renovated Tahoe Vista vacation house! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this stunning house is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and adventure. Short distance to hiking trails, Kings Beach, Safeway, and Northstar, you'll have plenty to do.<br /><br />This 4300 sqft house boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. The game room is perfect for family fun, and the ample living space ensures everyone has plenty of room to relax.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our living room is a cozy and inviting space with comfortable seating and spectacular views of Lake Tahoe. You can watch a movie on the 75- inch TV as the gentle glow of the fireplace warms the room. <br /><br />The gourmet kitchen offers plenty of counter space and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including 30 inch double ovens, rice cooker, toaster, mixer, bread maker, Espresso machine and drip coffee maker. There are 3 dining areas. The formal dining table has seats for 10 and the breakfast table for 4 in the kitchen is great for quiet morning coffee. In addition, there is a counter eating area for 4, and a highchair is available for the little ones. <br /><br />For families with babies or toddlers, we have provided a crib, toys, children books, children table and chairs, highchair, safety gate, and potty seat. These amenities are sure to make your stay as stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on enjoying your time together. The kids will be kept entertained and occupied throughout your stay, ensuring that you can sit back and relax in peace. <br /><br />One of the highlights of this property is the game room, fully equipped with a stern pinball machine, a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and cornhole boards. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends after a day of outdoor activities. <br /><br />The two decks offer stunning views of the lake. The upper deck space is perfect for alfresco dining, with a Weber gas grill provided to grill up a delicious meal.<br /><br />For those who are working remotely or want to stay connected while on vacation, our rental house also offers an open spacious office with a comfortable desk, chairs, and high-speed internet access.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests can use the entire house except the basement, and one storage room in downstairs hallway.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We spent two years renovating this house by ourselves. Please treat this home as if it were yours. <br /><br />No one likes rules, least of all, us - but we do have requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible, and we can maintain neighborhood peace and quiet. <br /><br />- No smoking/vaping inside the property. <br /><br />- Max day and night occupants of this property is 12. Overcapacity and noise complaints will result in eviction without a refund.<br /><br />- Parking is available for five vehicles - two inside the garage, two in the driveway and one additional vehicle beside the main driveway.<br /><br />- Quiet hours: 9 pm - 8 am. <br /><br />- Security cameras are installed outdoor aimed on the exterior of the home. Device used to detect cigarette, marijuana & vaping smoke and monitor loud noise might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.<br /><br />- On-street parking is prohibited year-round.<br /><br />- Garbage is picked up every Friday morning. <br /><br />- Garbage must be stored and locked in the Bear bin. Any garbage found outside of the bin subject to a $1800 fine by the county.<br /><br />- Sorry we don’t have central AC, but portable fans and air purifiers are available in each room. A portable AC is available during the summer season. <br /><br />- Our check out time is 11 am, so you can enjoy your morning coffee. <br /><br />- No smoking or vaping on property. Violation subject to a $500 extra cleaning fee.<br /><br />- No pets are allowed in this property. <br /><br />- No sledding in neighbors' backyards. Go sledding in North Tahoe Regional Park. <br /><br />- Please note: You may pour water on the sauna heater if you wish.<br /><br />- The BBQ grill is not available for use in the winter.<br /><br />- Due to high wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. <br /><br />- Gas grill is prohibited during Red Flag Days. <br /><br />- Lock cars, doors, garage doors, and glass sliders especially at night to keep our wildlife safe.<br /><br />Placer County STR Permit #: STR22-5595<br /><br />If you have any questions regarding this rules, please contact us before booking.
