Palisades Tahoe ski resort is less than 10 miles away— an ideal year-round mountain getaway.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The home features a welcoming entryway, a cozy family/TV room, a comfortable living room, and four bedrooms—each with a king bed and either an ensuite or adjacent bath. Kids and teens will love the dedicated game and bunk room with a ping pong table and twin bunks, giving them their own private space. The fourth bedroom also connects by a short hallway to a queen sleeping alcove. Since the alcove has no door, it isn’t counted as a fifth bedroom, but the two areas are separated by a shared ¾ bath for convenience.<br /><br />Remote workers will appreciate the large office space above the two-car garage, while everyone can enjoy the small sunroom, a south-facing deck, and an expansive back deck/patio. With several seating areas and two large barbecue grills, it’s perfect for outdoor living in the summer. The property backs onto open forest, with hiking trails available right from the backyard.
