Pets should not be left unattended or on furniture.<br /><br />Bear Wire: The home is equipped with electric bear wire around windows and doors, which is common for Tahoe properties. Instructions will be provided prior to your stay.<br /><br />Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No street parking per county regulations.<br /><br />Winter Conditions: AWD/4WD strongly recommended. Driveway plowed during larger storms; pathways cleared prior to arrival.
